Igor Mazepa

Ihor Mazepa is a well-known Ukrainian entrepreneur, investor, and the founder of Concorde Capital — one of Ukraine’s leading investment firms for more than two decades.
Born in 1976 in Kyiv, he holds degrees in economics and law from Kyiv National Economic University. Ihor began his career in investment banking in 1997, working with international investment firms that were expanding into Ukraine at the time.
In November 2004, he founded Concorde Capital, which quickly established itself as a key player in the Ukrainian financial market under his leadership. Since then, the firm has helped raise over $4 billion in investments for Ukrainian companies across a range of industries, including metallurgy, automotive, real estate, chemicals, oil & gas, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals.
Beyond investment banking, Ihor Mazepa has actively backed and developed projects in various sectors of the economy.
His portfolio includes:
- Healthcare – the Dobrobut chain of medical clinics
- E-commerce – online cosmetics retailer MakeUp
- Building materials – PJSC Kryvyi Rih Cement
- Real estate – the GOODLIFE cottage community, SHELEST Hotel, and the SHELEST Home and SHELEST Hutir residential developments
